Luxembourg government has decided on March 19 to regularise the stay for third country nationals, holding the documents as listed below and which would expire as from 1 March 2020:
- Short-term and long-term visas;
- Temporary residence permits;
- Residence card;
- Residence permit.
Similarly, third country nationals who are not subject to visa requirements and who have overstayed the 90 days can remain in Luxembourg legally for the duration of the state of crisis.
